The following nationalities are eligible for enrollment:

all nationspossess a high school diploma from New York State, a credential that serves as the equivalent of a New York high school, or be qualified to pay in-state tuition at SUNY or CUNY colleges.
have both spent at least two years in a high school in the state of New York.

You must submit an application within five years after getting your high school diploma from New York State or its equivalent if you’re pursuing an undergraduate degree, or within ten years if you’re pursuing a graduate degree.own one of the aforementioned citizenships or immigration statuses:
hold a T-Visa Have a U-Visa, have a restraining order, but no legal immigration status.
possess a domicile outside of New York State and be a citizen of the United States.
An alien having a permanent residence outside of New York State is a refugee on parole whose principal domicile is outside the state.

The following documents are required with applications: a New York State High School Transcript demonstrating two or more years of attendance at a NYS High School; a New York State High School Diploma; or a New York State High School Equivalency Diploma with passing grades.

For the other programs, there will be information on document uploads scattered throughout the DREAM Act Application. a high school transcript, a tuition bill, or other documentation from your institution demonstrating that you are paying in-state tuition.The applicant must either have a high school diploma from the United States or an internationally recognized equivalent, or they must meet the university’s entry requirements.
